money can't buy me love

I found this cute idea on a blog i love called "i just might explode" at http://karahaupt.typepad.com/.... after i saw this cute change dish, i instantly wanted to make one of my own, so the search began

I went to Value World (a thrift store nearby) and found the same exact "pocket change" dish for 60 cents and snatched it. After i cleaned it up a bit, i then bought a black paint marker and went to work. Here is the one i made below... (i was quite pleased with the final result)

and it sits here in the entry way of my apt

with some of my other treasures.
